CENTERING

The stillness within

For those who feel life asking for the deeper, steadier centre

A Tibetan Pulsing Retreat in Sardinia
May 7-13 2026 · Domu Prexada · South Sardinia

Small group · Limited places · Early application recommended

There are moments when life suddenly becomes simple.Actions that usually feel heavy begin to flow.
Attention gathers. Effort softens.
We find ourselves fully present — calm, alert, precise — without trying.
And then, just as quietly, we fall out of it.The more we attempt to reproduce that state, the further it seems to recede.
Because centering cannot be forced.
It cannot be chased.
It can only be entered.
Centering is not tension or control.
It is spaciousness, alignment, balance — a still point from which movement organizes itself naturally.
When that still point is present, difficulty loses its weight.
Challenges are met one at a time.
Emotions arise, but they do not dominate.
Life is held from the inside out.
When it is absent, even simple tasks can feel overwhelming.
Effort increases, attention scatters, and coping becomes reactive.

The Experience

This retreat explores the energetic balance of
a specific part of the nervous system connected with:
- memory
- emotional regulation
- inner stillness
- the meeting of spiritual depth and everyday life
When this centre is disturbed, we may feel forgetful, embarrassed,
easily thrown into crisis or unable to remain calm and spontaneous.
When balance is restored, other qualities appear: centredness — serenity — spontaneity — gracefulness — powerful calm.Centering is not something to achieve.
It is a state that can be reawakened and experienced directly in the body
so that it spontaneously integrates into daily life.

The Work

The retreats unfolds through Tibetan Pulsing bodywork, a tantric, meditative practice that dissolves accumulated negative charge in the nervous system, awakening awareness, centredness and love.
It comes from the right-hand tantra tradition, where sexual energy is directed inward for healing and transformation.
